Q1. Do vouchers expire?

Ans. Yes, all the exam vouchers have an expiry date. You must take the exam on or before the expiry date. It’s important to keep in mind that the expiry dates mentioned on vouchers cannot be changed or extended. You are advised to check the expiry date before purchasing the voucher since vouchers once purchased can’t be refunded under any circumstance.

Q2. When is a voucher issued to a person?

Ans. Once you make the payment for a voucher, a unique code will be sent to your registered Email Id. At this moment, the voucher is not issued for anyone and can be used by anyone. But as you apply the voucher code to Pearson’s test booking site, it will be issued to a person who is using the code.

Q3. How soon can I expect my exam vouchers?

Ans. Once you purchase a voucher from us, we will process your order within 24 hours or less. Generally, vouchers are sent to you within a few minutes of ordering during regular business hours with an email confirming that we have received your order.

Q4. Can I use a voucher for more than one exam?

Ans. No, A voucher can only be used to take one exam at a time. It also cannot be used to cover retakes if you don't pass the first time.
